HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping is expected within 48 working hours except for possible delays due to a high volume of orders. You can track the order status on your profile. (Card payments have priority). The order has been shipped when the status shows COMPLETED.
You will receive a subsequent email/SMS from the shipping courier with the tracking number, which can be used to manage the delivery.

RETURN MANAGEMENT
The INTACT return must be shipped at the customer's expense to the billing address. It is necessary to send an email or WhatsApp message with an image of the product and the reason for the return. Once the goods are received and the return's validity is verified, we will proceed with the compensation.
